Benefits Realisation Management A benefit is the outcome of change. The primary reason for any change initiative should be that a benefit will be realised. Benefits are the drivers for change. Benefits Realisation Management is the process of identifying, executing and measuring benefits. The Benefits Realisation process enables portfolios, programmes and projects to be defined and implemented, which in turn lead to the delivery of outputs. These outputs enable transformational change to be affected, which result in benefits being realised. Benefits Realisation Management (BRM) Course | Advanced BRM Course | The course takes delegates through the Three Phases of the BRM model. It uses the organisation Vision Statement and Strategic Objectives (see the Strategic Thinking course) as the starting point for defining and managing the delivery of initiatives. It introduces the different strategy and planning documents required and modelling techniques which facilitate the identification, valuation and validation of benefits. This is an intensive course which is intended for senior executives and managers, business stakeholders, benefits managers and facilitators, portfolio, programme and project managers and all those who need to the understand how BRM can successfully deliver change. | This course builds on both the Benefits Realisation Management course and the Strategic Planning course. It aims to equip those who are leading or supporting change initiatives with the skills to develop benefits models which will assist in determining the most appropriate initiatives to undertake to achieve end goals. It focuses on how to develop the different benefits and strategy models, together with the strategy and planning documents.
