Employer Services PPI Consulting offers a variety of recruitment services which have the following fee structures: Permanent Placements
| The fee is 12.5% of the total annual remuneration package. This includes internet advertising for 2 weeks on Seek, Career One and Jobnet, with continuous advertising on the PPI consulting website. There is a set up fee of $1500 + GST that covers preparation and advertising for the campaign. This is deducted from the final fee, when an appointment is made. | Contracting and Consulting Assignments | Fees for contractors and consultants provided by PPI Consulting, where PPI Consulting is responsible for paying the contractor, will be charged on an hourly or daily basis agreed with the client. | Fixed Term Placements | Fees charged for contractors on a non-permanent basis for a specified fixed period where the client is responsible for the payroll, legislative requirements and management of the contractor will be negotiated and agreed prior to the candidate commencing the Fixed Term Placement. |
In all instances the service we offer includes the assessment of all applicants against specified criteria, conducting interviews with selected candidates, preparing a written report on the most suitable candidates and submission of that information together with the resumes is made to the client for review. PPI Consulting stays involved throughout the process, arranging interviews and finally working with the client to select the most suitable candidate. Reference checking of the successful candidate then completes the process.
